EIT 2.0™ LEDCure® Profiler — Precision UV LED Radiometer with Profiling for Advanced Process Control

The EIT 2.0™ LEDCure® Profiler (SAL-B1008 Rev 01.02) is a high-accuracy, portable UV LED radiometer engineered for quantitative irradiance and energy density measurement with time-based profiling. Designed specifically for industrial UV LED sources, this instrument equips process engineers, technicians, and R&D teams with objective, repeatable data to optimize curing performance, diagnose system behavior, and validate process changes.


Technical Performance & Engineered Accuracy

  • Optimized LED Spectral Response: Available with a single EIT L-Band (L365, L385, L395, or L405) selected at order, each band provides a narrow spectral window with >4 OD out-of-band blocking tailored to common industrial LED wavelengths.

  • Wide Operating Range: Measures irradiance from 200 mW/cm² to 40 W/cm² and cumulative dose up to 250 J/cm², supporting high-intensity LED heads and extended exposure processes.

  • High Accuracy & Repeatability:

    • ±2 % typical within the primary range (200 mW/cm²–40 W/cm²) plus instrument error terms,

    • ±5 % typical in transitional ranges (100–200 mW/cm²).
      Rugged optics and electronics deliver repeatability better than 0.2 % for consistent comparison across runs.

  • Lambertian Spatial Response: Near-cosine irradiance response minimizes geometric error across realistic angular source variations.


Profiler Function for Time-Resolved UV Analysis

  • High-Resolution Data Capture: User-selectable effective sample modes at 25, 128, or 2048 Hz capture transient irradiance dynamics for rapid LED pulsing and process transitions.

  • Fixed Profiling Rate: 128 Hz profiling provides synchronized time-based data compatible with EIT UV PowerView® III software for post-run analysis, comparison, and reporting.

  • Extended Memory: Onboard memory supports >100 min of continuous profiling data, enabling deep analytics for long cycles or multi-stage processes.

  • USB Data Export: Profiler mode facilitates seamless transfer of irradiance and energy profiles to UV PowerView® III for graphical review, trend analysis, and traceable documentation of UV LED system performance.
