The EZ TEM-3 Barrel Heater Controller is specifically designed to regulate the temperature of high-viscosity liquids within barrels, ensuring optimal fluid flow to the dispensing needle tip. By preheating the liquid, the controller effectively reduces viscosity during discharge, leading to improved workability and dispensing efficiency.

Precise Temperature Control for Superior Results

The EZ TEM-3 utilizes dual PID control, offering both high-speed and low-speed response modes. The high-speed function ensures rapid achievement of target temperatures, while the low-speed function minimizes overshoot for stable and consistent results. The controller achieves ±0.3% accuracy based on the full-scale (FS) value for each input, guaranteeing precise temperature regulation for enhanced fluid dispensing performance.
