The EIT 2.0 LEDCure® Profiler (SAL-B1008 Rev 01.02) is a high-performance, single-band UV LED radiometer purpose-built for objective irradiance and energy density measurement with time-based profiling. Engineered for industrial LED curing applications, the LEDCure Profiler delivers calibrated, repeatable UV metrics and temporal irradiance profiles essential for process optimization, diagnostics, and quality assurance in production, R&D, and field service environments.

  • LED-Optimized Spectral Response: Available with a single EIT L-Band (L365, L385, L395, or L405) selected at time of order, each band is engineered for narrowband UV LED emission with tight full-width half-maximum (FWHM) and high out-of-band suppression, ensuring precise source-specific measurement.

  • Wide Dynamic Range: Supports operating ranges from ~200 mW/cm² up to 40 W/cm² and cumulative dose up to 250 J/cm², covering typical to high-intensity industrial LED curing conditions.

  • High Accuracy & Repeatability: Typically ±2 % accuracy within the principal measurement range, with repeatability better than 0.2 %, providing engineering confidence in comparative studies and specification compliance.

  • Total Measured Optic Response (TMOR™): EIT’s patented optical calibration methodology incorporates the entire instrument optical path, not just the filter, delivering consistent, unit-to-unit and run-to-run measurements across LED sources.


Profiler Function — Time-Resolved UV Analysis

  • Temporal Profiling: With a fixed 128 Hz sampling rate in profiling mode, LEDCure Profiler captures irradiance as a function of time, enabling engineers to characterize dynamic LED behavior, cycle transitions, and real-time process interactions.

  • Data Logging & Transfer: Profiling data (irradiance and energy density plus profiles) can be offloaded via USB to EIT’s UV PowerView® III software, facilitating post-run analysis, trend comparison, benchmarking, and documentation.

  • Display & On-Device Visualization: The unit clearly reports instantaneous irradiance (W/cm²), accumulated energy (J/cm²), and a low-resolution on-screen irradiance profile for quick, at-a-glance assessment.
