The EIT LEDCure® is a high-performance, portable radiometer engineered specifically for quantitative measurement of irradiance and energy density from industrial UV LED curing systems. Designed around EIT’s patented Total Measured Optical Response (TMOR™), LEDCure delivers objective, repeatable irradiance (W/cm²) and dose (J/cm²) data essential for process validation, quality control, and performance benchmarking of UV LED sources.

  • Optimized LED Spectral Response: Configured with a single EIT L-Band (L-365, L-385, L-395, or L-405) selected at the time of order, LEDCure’s optics are tuned to the narrow spectral emission of UV LED arrays, ensuring high fidelity measurement aligned with process wavelengths.

  • Patented Total Measured Optical Response (TMOR™): TMOR ensures that all optical components in the instrument’s measurement path contribute to the calibrated response, not just the optical filter alone.   • Broad Dynamic Range: Engineered to measure LED irradiance and dose across industrial intensities (typically ~0.4 W/cm² to 40 W/cm² and up to 250 J/cm²), supporting high-output LED curing heads and rapid process verification.

  • Flexible Sampling Modes: User-selectable equivalent sampling rates (25 Hz, 128 Hz, 2048 Hz) enable precise tracking of LED output dynamics and rapid response peaks inherent in high-speed curing environments.

  • Clear Data Display & Modes: On-device display delivers intuitive readouts of instantaneous irradiance and total energy density with optional graph or reference modes for comparative analysis directly on the instrument.


Engineered for Industrial Process Control

  • Portable & Rugged: Compact, handheld form factor and durable construction allow direct placement in LED cure zones, conveyors, and fixtures without process disruption.

  • User-Replaceable Power: Powered by two AAA batteries for extended field operation without external power, ensuring measurement readiness on production floors.

  • Profiler Integration (Optional): In Profiler versions, irradiance profiles can be transferred via USB to EIT UV PowerView® III software for detailed time-based analysis, enabling engineers to compare system performance, assess height and power adjustments, and optimize exposure strategies.
