Incure Optik™ 7795 is a self-leveling urethane acrylate designed for precision optical bonding and lens assembly in the photonics industry.
Utilizing a high-speed free radical curing mechanism, this system cures in seconds upon exposure to UV light, effectively replacing slow thermal curing epoxies. The cured material provides high tensile strength and elongation, preventing fatigue failure and misalignment in assemblies subject to vibration or drop impacts.
Engineered for harsh environments, it offers robust resistance to moisture, thermal shock, and chemical exposure, ensuring long-term reliability. Ideally suited for glass assembly and
general bonding applications, it allows for higher throughput.
