Incure Ultra-Illumina™ 3511B is a low-viscosity, opaque black, hard, and resilient UV curable conformal coating for PCBA applications. Like the 3511, it is designed for a secondary heat-cure process to ensure complete curing of shadowed areas under components. It provides a durable finish with a high hardness (D75-D85) and an elongation of 15%. This coating is ideal for applications requiring an opaque finish while maintaining high-performance characteristics.
