Incure ThermoFlux Conductive™ TCG-10 is a high-performance, alumina-filled thermally conductive grease designed for applications requiring exceptional thermal and electrical properties up to 550°F. This white grease offers excellent chemical resistance and a thermal conductivity of 0.475 W/m-°K. With a high dielectric strength of 300 volts/mil and a volume resistivity of 1016 ohms-cm, it provides superior electrical insulation. It is ideal for use in heat sinks, ballast resistors, and other electronic devices.
