Incure Epo-Weld™ UHTE-5322 is a two-part, 100:12 ratio, aluminum-filled epoxy designed for high-temperature applications. This grey adhesive offers low shrinkage and high thermal conductivity, making it an excellent choice for heat-dissipating bonds. Its properties include a dielectric strength of 50 volts/mil, a hardness of D87, and good chemical resistance, suitable for a wide range of demanding thermal management tasks.
