This grey adhesive offers low shrinkage and high thermal conductivity, making it an excellent choice for heat-dissipating bonds. Its properties include a dielectric strength of 50 volts/mil, a hardness of D87, and good chemical resistance, suitable for a wide range of demanding thermal management tasks.
