Uni-Seal™ 3508

Incure Uni-Seal™ 3508 is a UV/Visible Light/LED curable adhesive designed to form low stress, low shrinkage dams that prevent conformal coating seepage beneath electronic components. Ideal for sensitive flexible circuits requiring extended staging times, it cures quickly to create temporary or permanent dams on PCBAs. Formulated with enhanced moisture and temperature resistance, Incure 3508 is available in a fluorescing version for easy inspection. It is 100% solids, solvent-free, and perfect for thermal cycling applications.
