Incure Ultra-Illumina™ 3511 is a low-viscosity, clear, hard, and glossy resilient UV curable conformal coating for PCBA. This product is designed to cure shadowed areas under components with a secondary heat-cure process. With a viscosity of 150 cP and a high elongation of 400%, it provides a highly flexible and durable coating. It’s fluorescing for easy in-line inspection and suitable for applications 30-500 microns thick.
