Incure Encap™ 3522 is a high-performance electronic grade adhesive designed for rapid conformal coating and component bonding. Utilizing an instant-cure free-radical system, it facilitates high-speed automated assembly lines, replacing solvent-borne coatings and reducing cycle times.
This material prevents electrical failures such as short circuits and dendrite growth by providing a high dielectric insulation barrier across PCB surfaces. Tested for reliability, it resists humidity, thermal shock, and corrosive airborne contaminants typical in operating environments.
Ideally suited for conformal coating and display lamination, it flows easily to
cover complex topography without voids.

Shelf-Life of this unopened product is a minimum of 12 from date of manufacture. Avoid direct exposure of bottle to visible light at all times.
Containers should remained covered when not in use. Product should be stored in a dark cool place of 10°C to 32°C. Transfer of product into other packages void all warranties.
Users should ensure all bonding surfaces are free of grease, mold release, or any contaminants, as bonding performance will be compromised. All tests for cured bonds should be carried out at ambient temperature.
