Incure Encap™ 3522 UV/Visible Light/LED Curable Protective Encapsulant for Components

Incure Encap™ 3522 is a UV/Visible light curable, low viscosity encapsulant designed for electronic components. This 100% solids, acid-free material contains no volatiles, making it an environmentally-friendly solution. Upon full cure, it forms a clear, hard, and resilient protective coating with a thickness from 300 microns up to 4,500 microns. Its very low water absorption ensures components are well-protected from moisture.
